Kim explored the effects and relevancy of this workshop with the leadership team in a San Francisco Bay Area company as the research for her Organization Development master’s thesis. In addition to deepened insights into the prerequisites for an innovative culture, the documented benefits were improved innovation, team building and new work  routines.
